An Ongoing Addiction With a Beautiful Bustle Dress Part ONE

It's no secret that I love costumes/historical period clothing.  It's no secret my favorite point in time is the Victorian era.  And it's no secret my favorite story is, "The Phantom of the Opera." :-)

My favorite costume from the ALW version of "Phantom" is Christine Daae's "Wishing" gown.  It's dubbed the Wishing gown because she wears the gown in the scene when she stands in the graveyard her father was buried in and sings him a song of longing to see him again- the song is called, "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" or WYWSHA as it is abbreviated by us Phantom phans!

A few years ago I had a talented costumer make this gown for me (because I can't sew that well!).  I adore this gown and am so glad I had it made.  Here's a couple photos of my gown which were taken by Tiel, the lady who made it for me:
